The owner and her team are amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. They are tremendously helpful and go above and beyond for customers. They provide honest advice and are willing to rush order items, including team suits and caps that need to be logo'd with very short deadlines. The staff will loan a sizing kit free of charge and work diligently to ensure items, like a replacement tech suit for an upcoming meet, are delivered on time. This local, woman-owned small business is highly recommended, with many customers stating they will support it for all future swim needs and refer other swim parents. The business has a soon-to-be Webster location.

These ladies were amazing in their customer service! They treated me and my grandma with respect, and got me the tech suit I needed for states. Also, I gained a lot more confidence in myself as soon as I out the tech suit on. These ladies were super supportive as well as friendly.
