“The employees working were patient and helpful when my original plan to rent a trailer wasn't going to work (hitch wouldn't insert into receiver because of rust). They provided a mallet for me to try to get it in and were patient while I tried when I told them that I absolutely needed to rent a trailer to take care of an urgent situation. When it was clear it wasn't going to work, they quickly got me set up with a truck rental to pull the trailer and got me on my way. Although I wasn't happy about the extra rental, they turned a stressful situation good.”

“I had to rent a vehicle from Victor U-Haul two days in a row, a pickup truck one day and a cargo van the other. I am too short to rent a full sized moving truck but the pickup truck and cargo van were perfect for our moving needs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to reserve both vehicles. And both vehicles were in good working order at the time of use. I would definitely rent from them again for any moving needs.”

“Overall it was a good experience. Easy pickup. Dropping off not so much. I could not find a parking spot so I had to drive around the building. And then I parked out front and someone came out from the business who seemed a little put off and he moved the truck somewhere else. The truck we rented I had 143,000 Mi on it. If you were sitting still the rain was coming through the driver's side visor. We also got moisture from the rain inside the rear of the van where it goes over the cab. Some stuff got wet but not too bad. The driver side seat belt retractor was not working on its own.”
