I had a great experience. I had a FedEx prepaid tag to send a bag. Dropped it off at 10am. They had a box for me to purchase. It was logged immediately. Picked up at 2:30pm and delivered on time to its destination. The ship center is only a mile from my home and, while small, the staff was very friendly. Doesn’t get better... read full comment
