Auto repair experience:
I got my car back in beautiful condition. They detailed the entire inside and outside of my car and did my repairs. I inspected my cars exterior and everything looked visibly good. The only minor thing I did notice is the driver sides bumper where I was hit was a tiny bit lifted up but not dramatically. I opened up the hood of the car and it was beautiful. They cleaned everything so well I thought they put a brand new engine in; even topped off my fluids. As for the driving with it. It drove beautiful. It felt more powerful than before and the braking even got better (though I didn’t get those repaired, maybe they threw it in, no idea).
Customer service experience:
The guy who helped me with my auto repair was John. John went above and beyond! to assist me. On an unfortunate night, the front of my car was hit by a driver. I had to find a shop own my own to bring my car to. I found All City Auto Body & Towing through a google search. Ironically I later came to realize I already go to their parent company All City Tire & Auto, and I always had a good experience with their tire shop so it makes sense that I’d have a good experience with their auto body shop. John assisted me by breaking down everything the insurance papers estimate said and told me every procedure one by one. He would call regularly to update me on my car’s progress. A huge thing for me, he was very honest throughout the entire process. Many auto shops like to gip their customers, especially if female, but this shop has nothing but people with integrity. John helped me land an amazing discount because of my circumstances. He was extremely compassionate. John called the insurance company on my behalf to speak to them in regards to my case to make sure all my repairs were covered. Not only that, but John also remembered the most mundane details I told him about my own life and that meant a lot to me. He actually cared about his customer. He even told his boss about my circumstances and got an even better deal for me. It was amazing. I cried so much with John for helping me. I thanked his boss tremendously for his kindness also.
Do I recommend?:
I highly recommend this place to everyone. You will be treated with compassion, honesty, kindness, and people who actually enjoy their job.

Recently, I had 2 minor scratches on my garage kept Bimmer in 2 separate occasions. Not only Ricky helped me to repair them in a cost efficient way, he even touched up my front bumper scratch free of charge. “To be honest I've never had to visit an Auto Body shop before. With that said I'm glad I went to Luxury Auto Body LLC. The work that was done was great!! A++. The two reps that I interacted with, Mr. Justin and Ms. Kenya were professional and informative. They even looked out for my five year old that was with me. I tell you l, you won't go wrong doing business with them. The owner, Mr. Alex, was God sent. I say that because of his personality and also because he was there when the accident occurred and took care of everything!
A big thank you to them! This review doesn't do justice to the work and experience but it's the least I can do. I was updated every step of the way, repairs took around timeframe that they originally expected. Being that I work a busy full time schedule, they were willing to even come in early for me to pick up my car if needed.
When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. Repair was done professionally, had a nice car wash and they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car as well.

“My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”
