Towing in Lynbrook, NY

“I can’t recommend this body shop enough. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Mike and Tom were honest, transparent, and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. I especially appreciated that they were willing to walk me through the repairs and explain everything, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of their work.

What impressed me most was the level of integrity and customer service they showed even after I picked up my car. When I had a concern, they didn’t dismiss it or make excuses. Instead, they took the time to investigate, reviewed their documentation, and followed up with me to make sure I had the right answer. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of, even when they didn’t have to. That kind of professionalism, accountability, and genuine care for their customers is hard to find these days. Thank you, Mike for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone.”

“I brought in my Subaru Forester for collision repairs. Collision Star arranged for a rental company to pick me up at their shop and get me on my way with zero hassle. They spoke directly with the insurance company on my behalf in my presence to negotiate the best possible outcome for me. The work was superb and timely. Each staff member with whom I had an interaction was friendly. The car was expertly detailed at pickup. I could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend.”
