“This place really is a 1 in a million find. They're a very well run shop: everyone is kind, informative, and accommodating. They fixed my Mazda3's front bumper after a hit-and-run incident. They explained every step of the process, and treated me as if I was their most important customer. My car looks as good as the day I bought it after it was finished! They even went way above and beyond, by cleaning, polishing, waxing my entire car after the job was finished. But it didn't end there. Even my interior, and engine bay was scrubbed clean. I couldn't believe it. So long as I'm in the NYC area, they'll be my go-to body shop from here on forward.”

“Needed to get some cosmetic work done on my car. There was nothing mechanically wrong with it, but there was a big dent on the front that was just a huge eyesore. I walked in, was greeted by a man name, Richi. He was more than willing to take me out to look at what my car needed. Then came the manager/I believe he might be the owner Billy. They both seem like standup, regular guys, and I did not feel that they were trying to scam me in anyway. The price that they quoted I felt was fair and even then I was able to negotiate with them because they genuinely wanted to help.They Fixed the damage, replaced my tires and painted my wheel. Everything came out better than expected.When I went to pick up the car after they called me, there was a small area that I felt like could be cleaned a little bit better. Richi went out of his way said that he will take care of it and within 24 hours the car was ready and perfect. They did not try to charge me for anything extra. He even dropped me home. Very easy and simple process. Would highly recommend these guys.They seem like genuine, family, friendly guys who are good at what they do, and take pride at what they do. Would definitely use them again. This is obviously not a paid review and I was not asked to write a review. “So I broke my car mirror, I'm good at that stuff and my friend suggested coming to Puma's autobody. I called them and they were very patient with me making a few phone calls to see if they had the car mirror ready. After a few days when the mirror was ready I walked in, paid and waited for them to fix the mirror. They were fairly quick with it but it wasn't intensive work that would take hours. The staff was also very nice and friendly.The office of the shop was amazing, probably one of the best body shop offices you could ever see. The decor was tasteful and eclectic. They had coffee service, so much seating, and a lot of good art around. I felt like I was waiting in luxury.If you need a body shop around Island Park this is the place to go!”

“In the fall of 2019 I bought a used 2010 Camry from a car dealer in Queens with only a 30 day warranty. I took it to Bryan's auto. He told me it was in good shape but joked always to get a used car checked out before buying it. I mostly had minor repairs that were fixed the day of when dropped off in the morning.In October of 2022 my car broke down in the middle of Pennsylvania. The mechanic there told me the engine was shot and offered my $500 for it. I called Bryan and he strongly suggested I get it towed back. I did, and although it was a major repair it was not as bad as the guy in Pennsylvania told me.I'm writing this to thank Bryan's Auto for their time. The car is now with my sister in Illinois, and their mechanic told them it was in great shape.”
