“We brought my daughters car in because the AC wasn't working and to have it checked just to make sure nothing else needed to be repaired. Everything was fixed, but a couple days later we had the same issue. We brought it back and Gary took great care of us, making sure everything was fixed and perfect so my daughter wouldn't have any issues when she has to go back to college!!! He was great to work with and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be returning if I have any issues, or just for piece of mind that my daughter's car won't have any issues while she's at college!!! “My wife and I wanted a Kia Sportage Hybrid since the new design came out, in the hard to get blue with the white interior. We ordered one in September of 2022 from our local Ithaca dealer. 10 months later we still had not received our car and as the dealer stated, the order hadn't been picked up by Kia!We were in the Watertown area for a celebration and on the way back we stopped at Drivers Village/Burdick Kia. They had the exact car that we wanted on the lot, but it was already sold. A salesman came out named Sean Melvin. We tried to buy the car but as I stated it was already sold. But Sean did say he could get one on the lot in a month or two. It was a Saturday, so we came back the following Monday. Met with Sean, gave us a very fair price for our trade in and ordered our car. It took a little longer than two months, but it did arrive, and we happily went to get it. We were able to do much of the stuff needed online and it took about an hour at the dealership to drive away in our new car.About the process. Sean and the people at Burdick Kia were top notch all the way! They did what they said they would do, followed through on their promise and everything went quickly and smoothly without a hitch. Unheard of with most car dealerships. Being a very big dealership of many brands, I am sure that each and every franchise salesman there will give you the same remarkable service that I received in purchasing my car. We drove over 50 miles one way to accomplish our car buying needs. I can assure you that Sean made it worth every inch of those miles we drove. So, if you're looking for a car, any make or model, i am sure you will find what you need there at Burdick and be treated more than fairly. And as for the Kia? We love it and are very happy with it! “Alan and his crew have worked on my car a number of times and they always do a phenomenal job. My car is getting up there in age (2005) and parts have become more and more difficult to find, but the team at Nolan’s always works diligently to find them and installs them with a really quick turn around. I am always communicated with about the repairs being done on the car, and the team always gives me an estimated cost of repair prior to doing any work on my vehicle. The most recent time that I brought the car into the shop, I had water puddling on the passenger side floor, that I suspected was a result of a failing door seal. Alan was able to rule this out as well as alternatives (crack in windshield, etc.) and spent around 20 minutes with me AFTER they had finished working on my car and closed the shop for the weekend to diagnose the issue, and was able to refer me to an auto glass shop for the repair as it ended up being my sunroof. If you are searching for an honest and trustworthy mechanic in the Syracuse area, look no further!”

They not only check what you told them but they check everything and without pressure, they let you know what is the most important things that need to be done and I never have to worry about if they are being dishonest. When they call to give an estimate, it is always higher than my actual bill, so I'm always happy when I get my bill although bills aren't something we like to see, I can appreciate that my bill is always 2-300$ cheaper than expected. I would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone who needs car repairs! I'm always 100% satisfied and so isn't others that I know!”

“I like the drive through carwash. I have opted for both the unlimited exterior and unlimited interior packages . Well worth every penny if you are like me and spend a lot of time in the car with kids. I roll through weekly and in minutes my car is sparkling outside and tidied up inside. There setup is efficient. That they can shampoo mats, vacuum everything, wipe everything, windows and vents too, all in a matter of minutes is extremely convenient. It takes me longer to set up and the vacuum the floor mats at home.”

“I had my truck done at the ziebart in Hamburg NY and I am very very pleased with Ian and his team. They did just a amazing job on my truck. In fact I also had them do work on my wife's tahoe. Ian was excellent to work with it. He and his team have fantastic customer service and the work they performed on my truck looks like it just came off the show floor. They then installed a tano cover and they did amazing job. No leaks or water getting in back of bed. The undercoating job was awesome.
