“I booked my appointment online and was even able to upload a video of my brakes making that lovely scratching sound that no one wants to hear from their car!
I received a call shortly afterward and was told I shouldn’t wait and should bring the car in ASAP. I was there at 9:00 the next morning.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was smiling, friendly, and positive. I deal with social anxiety, so getting out and dealing with people can sometimes be a struggle for me. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience. It felt like a “safe place,” and I quickly felt at ease. I even found myself making small talk with the workers, and everyone I spoke with was genuinely nice.
Rick was great. He took the time to explain what warranty work had been done previously and recommended replacing the brake pads. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured.
Overall, it was a really positive experience. I’ll definitely be back for my inspection in October.
