“Our vehicle was hit by a deer back in January and the body shop finally got our car repaired by March, but they were very transparent and honest about the fact our insurance company was dragging their feet on paying out on our claim. Sarah was incredibly helpful in explaining what we needed to do and what was happening with our insurance company, so based on that information, we switched insurance carriers as soon as our policy expired. When our old insurance company finally paid up on our claim, our car was repaired and it tooks almost brand spanking new. I have no complaints about this body shop and I'll definitely consider them first if something like this happens again.”
“I must admit I was initially frustrated because I order two new tires and Walmart policy is if tires don’t match car spec they won’t touch your car. So I had to jack up my car and take off two tires to get the new tires put on the rims. When the service was complete the tech talked to me and said one rim had small dent in it. I was where and told him it was from previous incident. I took tires home jacked my car up and put the new tire and rims back on my car. I lowered to ground and one tire became instantly flat. I pumped up tire and took it to Big4tire and they said my stem and pressure sensor were damaged. I had them replace broken product. I returned to Walmart with receipt of my damage and they instantly paid for said mistake. Then the service manager went above and beyond and provided with light and I bought a jack and jacked my car up in there parking lot and took off remaining three tires and they placed new sensors in said tires. This was a two hour incident at 7pm at night in dark and the manger provided me with his personal flash light so I could see. I would recommend Walmart tire center to anybody and there sensor currently works great and a third of the cost. I paid more for one sensor at another shop then I did at Walmart for three. Thank you service center for helping me up to 8:30pm at night!”
