Common complaints include rooms and bathrooms that need updating, with issues like poor ventilation, tubs backing up, and old, dirty elevators. The gym also needs updating. Several areas, including hallways, doors, and windows, were reported as very dirty, and a persistent unpleasant smell was noted in elevators and hallways. Rooms are described as smallish and not very soundproof. Some amenities were criticized, such as pastries being half frozen, milk past its date, and unsatisfactory pillows and blankets. I went to an event there, I didn't see the rooms. The lobby was very nice, they have a restaurant and bar.

Rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. Breakfast is very expensive Coffee is not offered after 9 am in the lobby area Gym needs to be updated Cost, environment and amenities are not aligned

Manhattan style food, service with country kind people, prices, and service! An amazing gem! Will bring family in future!
