I received excellent store credit (on a gift card) for a variety of boutique gear that had been gathering dust but was cared for over the years. Used it to secure a preowned Apollo Twin interface, strings, cables and a comprehensive setup on my Nash S63. Plays like new now. Staff were wonderful on every interaction in store and via email and phone. Great selection of high end gear on the shop floor, thoughtfully selected and displayed. “Huge shout out to MM Tech Doctor in Mattydale. My granddaughter accidentally dropped her Chromebook and had a hinge pop out and her enter key was sticking. I stopped in to MM Tech Doctor on December 26th and Manny had the hinge repaired and the enter key cleaned and working like new within 15 minutes. Considering how much my granddaughter uses her Chromebook, and the fact that schools are out for Christmas break, she was beyond thrilled to have it back so quickly. “I broke my iPhone 14 it was completely shattered barely could’ve turned on and I had an extra phone to try and get into my Apple account. Long story short Ahmed tried for 4 days to get into my Apple account or help me figure out an alternative to spending money. It finally came down to I don’t have the phone number or email to my account so there was no way to get into it he said he didn’t think it was worth it to spend money fixing the phone but I said he might as well. He only charged me 270 to fully repair the phone he thought Face ID wasn’t working and after a couple of hours of using the phone it started to work again. All in all amazing service and if you have to use money it’ll be more than worth it. Thank you again Ahmed for the help”

“Great Business, Great Guy, Great Repairs and Great Price! Can’t say enough! Our 55” Samsung Curved TV was slowly losing its deflectors, making those lovely bright white spots on the screen. After a couple more fell off and the white spots were getting more noticeable, I was lucky enough to find Videotronics in my search! I gave the number a call and spoke to Jeff; the proprietor and he was Great. He knew of the issue with our TV and said he could fix it. Since this is our main TV, Jeff was nice enough to go ahead and order the parts needed to repair our TV so that we could continue using it and not have it sit in his shop. Jeff notified us in a week that the parts were in and we arranged to drop the TV off for repair. Jeff had it done in 3 days and the picture looks like new. That and the repair price under $250.00 with tax can’t be beat, as originally told it would definitely be under $300.00. I don’t know where else you could get such Great service, especially with Jeff ordering our parts with just a phone call and not knowing me out of the blue and not requiring a deposit. Jeff runs his business the way it used to be years ago and the way others should run theirs today. Thanks Jeff!!! AAA +++”
