“My laptop was badly hacked and the only solution was to erase my hard drive and reinstall Windows. I spent hours with the help of AI trying to recover but no matter what I tried, I couldn't reinstall Windows. I finally gave up and looked for a computer shop near me and I found Flash Fix Mobile. It was a Sunday and luckily the store was open. The employee was very nice, seemed very knowledgable, and said he would do his best but didn't guarantee it would be fixed the same day, since he was the only one working. Two hours later, he called me to let me know he managed to install the OS. That was a big relief. He also said to not hesitate to contact him if I have more issues. I brought the laptop back home, finished the installation and reinstalled all my software. That happened a couple of weeks ago and my computer has been working even since, free from viruses. They really helped me get out of a bind, and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.”

If needed future repairs on other products I definitely would ask for Carl . “Huge shout out to MM Tech Doctor in Mattydale. My granddaughter accidentally dropped her Chromebook and had a hinge pop out and her enter key was sticking. I stopped in to MM Tech Doctor on December 26th and Manny had the hinge repaired and the enter key cleaned and working like new within 15 minutes. Considering how much my granddaughter uses her Chromebook, and the fact that schools are out for Christmas break, she was beyond thrilled to have it back so quickly. We will absolutely be using MM Tech Doctor for all of our future computer repair needs.”
