“To front desk receptionists: Your primary responsibility is to remain at the front—not to wait until someone tracks you down like you’ve gone missing in the back office. Speak clearly and be attentive at all times. And please, do not leave your position until the current conversation or interaction is completely finished. I'm not done yet.”
“First off, breakfast is not included, especially if you pay with a discount like AAA. It's about an extra 15 a person a day and they told us we could have bought breakfast vouchers when booking but no option popped up for us since we used a discount. Might be cheaper to not use discounts if that's the case. Breakfast was a wide variety, especially if you upgraded to the hot foods option. In general it was a better breakfast than most and we appreciated the variety of fruits. Downsides were milk 2 days past best by date that we didn't realize until we drank it, and cream filled pastries still half frozen.
Beds were very comfortable though smelled like bleach, which isn't necessarily a completely bad thing.
The pool was nice and warm and visible from half the rooms with the inner courtyard. Rooms were not very soundproof and people coming in from an event did wake us up talking in the hallways.
Bathroom lotions and soaps smelled great but the toilet paper made a shreddy mess and could be upgraded. Ventilation in the bathroom was poor and it took awhile for steam to clear from the mirror after a shower, but the water was nice and hot. Decent hotel, just wish breakfast was clearer when booking.”

“This is a budget property with old bones but nice recent updates. Bathroom and full kitchen in our unit were recent and nicely done. Bedding was reasonable and bed comfortable. Newer HVAC worked well. The manager in check in and check out were both five stars.”

“This hotel is stunning! The lobby area is top notch and brings rich vibes. It’s right off the thruway which is convenient for people not planning on staying, but there is very little around this hotel to do. I used this hotel previously for a training class. The room was spacious and accommodating to our electrical needs of multiple computers and phone systems. The staff is very helpful and professional as well. Highly recommend”
“It deserves a 5 in every category based on the price. The suites offer COMFORTABLE beds with more than adequate climate controls. This place is CLEAN. The staff at the desk is attentive and the key cards hold their charge. Housekeeping is very pleasant. Microwave/fridge/shower/tv/desk/lighting is all NICE. Breakfast on the house.
D*** GOOD COFFEE in the lobby 24/7 and they make sure its filled because they actually care here. Pretty incredible they are able profit and provide the service they do at the rate they charge. Bravo!!
COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, NICE, D*** GOOD COFFEE. 5 STARS.”

“I feel that this hotel doesn't have the grade he deserves. The place was 100% great. Stayed there for Syracuse Nationals 2025.
The room was renovated and clean, the lobby looks nice, the clerk was great. Absolutely nothing negative!”
“I've stayed here multiple times, whenever I have a very early morning flight out of Syracuse, they provide a free shuttle to the airport at whatever time you need and it's only 10 minutes away. The woman who drives it is very sweet. The rooms are very nice, large and spacious. They clean them well, it's a really nice place. They have a/c and heating, and actually nice bedding unlike the paper thin sheets other hotels provide. There's a workout room and they have a lot of food options, hot cocoa 24/7. The staff is nice and the rooms are a good price for the quality. I highly recommend for early flights, it's also great for a romantic stay, the shower is more than big enough for two and the beds are very large and plush.
Safety: I feel really safe when I stay here, even when I'm alone, and I'm a woman below 20.”
