“While I haven't stayed in the hotel, I can attest to the fact that the food here is DYNAMITE! I haven't had a single thing that wasn't fresh and flavored to perfection. The menu changes often (maybe weekly?) which keeps everything nice and fresh. The pizza is really the best you can get in the area. The dough is great, sauce is super tasty and they use really good quality cheese. I had a charcuterie plate once- literally to die for! I think they special order ingredients, because they are far from the standard, restaurant wholesale stuff every other place sells. I'm also obsessed with their soups, chili and beans and greens. (Oh man... my mouth is watering just thinking about this stuff). The desert menu is constantly changing, but there is always at least 4 tasty treats to choose from. I believe they are mostly from Biscottis or made in house.Portions and prices are very reasonable. You won't leave hungry- I've always had enough food leftover to bring home for lunch the next day, and I leave stuffed. The bar area is comfortable with some hi top tables and a few regular tables too. The bartender is awesome, good at what she does and very friendly. Bar is stocked with a great selection of beers, seltzers, and other bottled/caned drinks. The spirit selection is wide, with the well known stuff as well as some different and unique liquors. All drinks are very reasonably priced. The company is fun and always very friendly. You are missing out if you don't eat here! I promise you will love it.”

“About 15min from airport & 10min from downtown Syracuse. Part of Marriott, this hotel is 'modern' and has indoor pool, bar, small kitchen & a pool table. Rooms are small & basic, but at least have modern fixtures. Convenient location for what it is. Walking distance to the shore and Embassy Suites Destiny.”

“Not the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It was clean & the staff was good. We had an issue with the TV remote that was never fixed despite the hotel not being full. The 2 days went from $140.00 to over $500.00!!!! It's not a $250/night hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone.”

“I don’t know if DeWitt travel plaza is one of the rest stops slated for renovation but it sure seems like it. The only business open inside is a small convenience shop with necessities and thankfully there are bathrooms which are clean enough. there is a sign pointing toward a ‘pet area’ , seemingly a swamp so we did not go there.”

“Stayed here because we were going to a concert at the Lakeview Ampitheather. You can walk (about 30 mins) or drive (about 10-15 mins with very slow moving traffic) to the venue. Was easy getting back after the concert. Staff was pleasant. We had an issue with the TV remote but it was resolved within the hour. Hotel was clean. Water pressure was great. Free hot breakfast in the morning (scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes) was delicious. The lady tending to the breakfast was great. She was very attentive. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're going to a concert or the fair.”

“Staff was kind. Room service was very attentive. However, the remote control for the television did not work, as well as the shower wasn't functioning properly. Room was cleaned daily.”

“Very run down. Dirty carpets. One rude staff member. one broken ice maker for all 4 floors. Room door lock was falling off door and original door that showed it's age and rugged history. Hasn't seen a paint brush in a long time.Food & drinks: Breakfast was as basic as they could get away with and eggs were reheated from day before.”
