We have had bad experiences with moving companies in the past but Jay Valley did a fantastic job. And the price was fair, and was what we were quoted without any hidden or increased fees. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for any future moves!”
“Setting up the move was easy and Brenda was very pleasant. Our move was scheduled for a Sunday at 9:00. The moving team was 1/2 hour late to arrive and when I called to check on their status no one answered the phone. The delivery when fine but the crew mistakenly left my parent’s bed frame in the truck. Again, we called the office to check on the missing frame, again there was no one at the office to respond. They ended up finding the rails and bringing them back the next day. However, my elderly parents had to sleep on the couch the first night in their new apartment. I suggest that if they are going to do business on the weekends, they need to monitor their phone for customer issues.”
