They were very careful with my fragile items, helped me wrapped items that I could not finish, put my screen TV's in the large boxes and professional in customer service. They went over and beyond and had to use the stairs when the elevator was down and put in more effort than others. I appreciate everything they endured without complaint. Well worth the cost. “Square Deal Moving and Syracuse Movers are really great! I just used their services twice last month to help my parents move items out of one storage to another and to move heavy furniture to various locations. They were exactly on time and the workers were nice and very helpful. They even scheduled one move the day I called to help me get the job done on time! Reasonable prices and they also disposed of mattresses that could not be donated. They were very helpful to my parents and I and I will definitely use this company again when I need a moving company!”
“I hired a team of 3 for a large moving job. The movers were 2 1/2 hours late coming from another job. Despite being so late, the team was very nice and did their best to work quickly and carefully. There was a lot to move and even though they were extremely tired by the end, they were very friendly and continued to smile and stay positive. They stayed until 2:45AM to finish the big items for us but we still had to finish the rest of the pod ourselves the next day. They would have stayed to finish the job, but we could tell they were absolutely exhausted and needed rest. All around they were a very nice crew that I would recommend but would shoot for a day when they are available in the morning rather than the afternoon incase things take longer than expected.”
