“I have purchased 3 ruffland crates and have another on the way from KloudK9 and I will absolutely be buying more from them! They’re very quick to respond to any questions you might have and are extremely helpful. The products they stock in their store are nothing but the best for your pet. My favorite thing is never seeing those colors and preservatives that are in dollar store and big box store foods and treats. Shop at Kloud K9 and the only thing you’ll ever regret is accidentally buying way more than you went in for! Hehe”

“Went to the Erie blvd store for the first time for cohesive bandages for my dogs tail as he is suffering from hot spots and allergies. Spoke with Erik at checkout who was very friendly and helpful. Gave me other suggestions as far as shampoos and discussed different types of foods that may affect my dogs allergies. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store. Great products.”

“This Petsmart, located on Eerie Blvd E in Syracuse, NY is pretty large and carries all the same products as any other Petsmart that you've been to. This store is larger than some of the other stores in smaller towns and cities and there's usually a crowd of people at the register all seemingly wanting to check out at the same time for some unknown and weird reason..joking..there's usually only 2 people on register and sometimes only 1 and the line can form a snake of regret leading all the way to the dog food aisles. The staff here are great and they work very hard to maintain the store and deliver the best customer service possible and that's one thing that I've always appreciated when I visit any Petsmart. I think one of the most important things that Petsmart has to offer is the grooming services, and people use it quite frequently because they do a great job caring for your pet. One thing I've noticed on maps and irl is people asking about adopting dogs..they only have cats and bunnies for adoption and it's all through the humane society. If you're looking for a dog that's the place to go. When adopting at Petsmart it's important to know that there is a 100 dollar adoption fee and they only accept cash. They are not Petsmart employees. I like this store and give it a solid 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“I wish they had more large cat canned food varieties. I love to bring donations to this store. Also, the buy online-pickup in store is great and they will carry heavy items out to your car. Great customer service.”

“Hands down.. great. They know me by name, easy to order my odd ball fish. Most are well educated in their departments too. Some days in the morning they can be a little short on staff, so be kind and understand.

*Update to Petco's reply* I'm just glad I can get my odd balls like Indian Pea Puffers and Chili/Phoenix Rasboras. Lisa is top notch.. personally think she needs to be recognized for her knowledge and excellent customer service.”

“I would like to help feature a current dog that's available at the Syracuse SPCA named "Mitch." I had the opportunity to get to know him this past month visiting with him and even doing a meet and greet with my current dog Sam. He was nothing but a gentle gentlemen around her. I was very close to adopting him but my responsibilities in getting my elder dog to the eventual finish line took me out of contention. That being said, Mitch is legitimately one of the sweetest dogs I've ever come across in my travels. Even in his kennel, when other dog's are getting vocal and energetic, he is as cool/calm a customer as you'll find in that environment-- beyond chill. He knows how to sit and lay down, and if you hand him a treat, he's so gentle taking it from you it almost looks like he's doing it in slow motion! He would be a perfect dog for a home looking for a laid back and loving soul. Unfortunately, he's been there since this past November after arriving as a stray. Bottom line, he deserves a great owner and a great life. As of 3/25/2024 he's still there and ready for his forever home. The picture attached to this review is as recent as last week. So what are you waiting for? Go visit Mitch!! He's a gem! You won't regret it!! The end.”

“I recently brought my cat here for his annual vaccinations. Although we were twenty minutes late because my cat resisted going into the carrier, they still accepted us (it wasn’t very crowded on a Tuesday). Everyone was so helpful including the check-in lady and the vet. They answered all of my questions. It was a quick visit and cost me only slightly over a hundred bucks.”

“I gave a 4 star review mainly because they treat their animals very well. A lot of shelters smell like poop and urine, but the HumaneCNY smelled very clean for the amount of animals in there. All of the employees really seemed to care about the animals and went above and beyond to ensure they were going to good homes. My only issue with the adoption process was the communication. There was no communication about what was needed and what needed to be avoided regarding the spay. Luckily I have had other pets spayed/neutered so I knew no food or water after midnight and etc. We were pretty much on our own regarding this process. Our adopted pet was not provided a cone and when asked we were told it wasn’t needed. The second we got in the car our adopted pet was licking the wound. So word of advice buy a cone prior.”

“We went to look at hamsters, ferrets and bunnies. Ferrets were sold out and the only hamsters they had looked just like field mice and lots of males! They only had 1 bunny and it didn't look in the best shape. Sales lady tried to convince me to buy the hamster that looks like a mouse and took my 10 yr old straight to cages and accessories before I could say NO! Way too pushy especially in front of children who don't understand why their parents are saying NO.”
