“This is such a high quality pet store compared to many that struggle to give regular maintenance and care to the animals they’re selling. The staff are educated and passionate, and I make nearly an hour drive just to visit this store. I’ve bought several wonderful fish from them, and greatly appreciate every purchase. Healthy animals and true understanding of their needs is a wonderful thing to see in these stores.”

In addition to expert grooming, they also carry a fantastic supply of high-quality food, healthy treats, and fun toys. I have tried several other groomers in the area, but this shop is by far the best in terms of care and results!”
“I was pet sitting our in-laws 130lbs great dane and he broke the harness they had been using for some time. I really didn’t want to drive all the way into the city to get a new one, so my wife and I found Mother Nature Pet Supply online in Manlius. The staff was very friendly and helped us pick out a new gentle leader as well as a no-pull body harness. The items were well priced and Winston (the great dane) loves the new body harness and it cut down on his pulling during walks drastically. Safe to say that if you have a large dog, they have a harness for you too! The staff was very knowledgeable as well and helped us pick out the right product. I would recommend stopping by here before going to a more corporate pet store to see if they have what you need! Support local!”

“Stan and his team have been great working with me from the start of the process until we got our fence installed this week. They answered all of my questions and more to help me be comfortable with the product. If you’re looking for an American brand, great customer service (with a real person that answers the phone), I highly suggest Syracuse Dog Fence. Although the fence was just installed this week and our dog is not fully trained yet, it seems to be working seamlessly so far.
If you’re debating between an underground wire fence like this and one of the cheaper GPS collars, we went with this for a couple reasons. 1) The lifetime warranty for PetStop packages. 2) Customer Service. 3) The batteries and software of these devices will not all the sudden die on you once you’re outside the 1 year warranty that the GPS collars have.”
“I’m a first-time pet owner, and we’ve been bringing our puppy here for grooming since she was about 20 weeks old. They always do a great job!
The grooming staff is incredibly friendly and wonderful with all the dogs. They’re also very informative if you have any questions or concerns. Communication is excellent—they’ll text and call you when your dog is ready to be picked up.
There were some issues with what we were charged during our most recent visit. However, the manager was super helpful and took care of everything. I’m very grateful to have a Petco nearby that provides such great care for our furry family members and has such kind, caring staff.”

“One of my absolute favorite stores I bought a baby caiman lizard a baby red tegu a baby Savannah monitor and a baby boa all healthy and in great condition the store may be scattered and have some smells but they know where everything is and they do there best to stay clean that’s part of the pet industry staff is amazing and the lizard lady is my favorite super nice super informative and helpful I will definitely be back soon for more future reptiles thank you acks and all your staff!!”
“They have one of the best fish rooms in Syracuse better then most of the big chain pet stores. I recently went there for dog food which they also have a good selection and I saw they had a fish room unlike the cicero store that I use because its closer to me. I walked in a they had fish I have never seen before in the hobby. The fish all look heathy and the tanks were clean. If you like fish definitely check them out they are very knowledgeable as well.”

“This location is great. All of the employees are very nice and willing to help. The new manager has made this location even better and he has no problem taking 10 or 15 minutes of his time to explain something to you. The new garden center is beautiful and not packed full of stuff no one wants like other places. Always have a great selection of chicken and ducks as well as great seasonal products.”
