She was patient, bubbly, and personable. She also knows her stuff when it comes to wedding dresses and sizing and best fit. “Big store and the workers here are so nice and are always cleaning up the store! I’ve been going here for years and recently however, their prices have increased so much that it left me in shock. Their prices for clothing is still average for thrift stores (I’d say they’re average for “big” thrift stores because still, some items shouldn’t be priced so high!), but the price of furniture and knick knacks are unreasonable at time (especially for free items!) I saw a bookshelf that is $20 NEW being sold for $25 each… saw most knick knacks were 2.99 which isn’t too crazy but why would I pay 2.99 for a folder when dollar tree is like three stores down! Makes it difficult to try to be sustainable for sure esp bc again, these items are free and they’d get thrown out if they’re not sold anyways! Great staff and great location but let’s continue to focus on the community over profits…”

“At first, I was sketched because I wasn’t sure what to expect from this small shoe store. I was impressed at the fact the shoe store staff got on my first order right away the next day and already shipped it out. This process is actually much faster and better than other big companies’ operations, where you’d have to wait for days for your order to be “processed” first. By the way, the price on the Men’s ADIDAS OG SAMBA shoes were off the chart, too!
Anyway, boo on the first order though because the associate who packed my order accidentally sent me size 12 in US men size instead of 11 1/2. It was simply an error, but I contacted the store. The store manager resolved it quickly and immediately sent me another (correct) order, and I received it the following week.
10/10 recommend this store. You won’t regret it. Yes, it’s a small store, but the staff really work hard to please their customers. I can’t complain. 👋🙏”

“Always love Kohls. Great deals and Kohls cash make it even better. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only negatives are:
1) the store seems to devolve into chaos during season changes. It often looks like the place has been ransacked.
2) Recently I was scanning barcodes with the app to double check clearance prices. When I got to self checkout almost none of the items rang up with the same amount the app had given me.”

“Went in the store today 2/6/26 for the first time. Was greeted by Ms.Renee. As soon as I entered the store. I was asked what I was looking for immediately. I am very particular. I gave all of my details, color, style, comfort level, i went for comfort, for the 1st 3. I needed ones i could wear under white attire and 1 black and comfortable. I needed a cute set. And 2 more sexy sets. Like i said I know what i want. She got me sized which i strongly recommend. The 3 for 99 was a great deal. She did all of my shopping for me. Never got discouraged when I didn't like one and quickly looked for another . So all I had to do was try on and she shopped for me. Making sure to stay in the deals and she also found matching bottoms for all of them in my size. Had an amazing experience with Renee. Strongly recommend working with her when you do visit, call ahead to be sure she's there. Xoxo ill be back.”

“Nice store, decent selection, always greeted by any associate I walk passed. My only gripe is I used to be a Coach Insider (they recently did away with rewards) but I have an account, they ask for my phone number to look it up, yet my purchase hardly ever goes under my account… In the past, I would make a purchase and I’d get an emailed receipt almost instantly and it’d show up in my online account. Seems like a system glitch but I really wish they’d get it fixed. It’s been a couple years of this issue. Why bother giving my information if my purchase doesn’t get linked to my account?!?”
