What really stood out was how far he went to help me find the perfect setup for my gaming needs. Andrew took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, went into the warehouse to locate a product I specifically wanted, and even helped me discover a few additional products that completed my gaming setup and brought me closer to the level of gaming experience I was aiming for.

“My 2019 Mac suddenly had major problems. I started at the Apple Store and they diagnosed a bad Ram chip and there was no inventory of the required chip anywhere in the US. Seemed bizarre. I then went to DocMac. They did a much deeper dive and the RAM is fine but they replaced my hard drive which had lost about 60% of its viability. It is now working like new and they have now gained a new client. I shall not be returning to the Apple Store. Thanks DocMac!”

“I cannot recommend this business highly enough. After another local shop didn’t even bother to try fixing my laptop, I brought it here. It was a race against time because my computer wasn't charging and was seconds away from dying completely.
Unlike the other place, he didn't give up. He was incredibly dogged and persistent, working incessantly right in front of me for over 30 minutes until the issue was solved. It is rare to find someone so honest, capable, and personable. He is a person of great integrity who truly deserves your business. If you want someone who actually cares about the result and won't overcharge you, go here. We need to support professionals like him!”
