I said for work reasons I couldn't really afford to wait a day. Cliff said he still needed to get the parts, etc. but let me see what I could do. Guess what? When I picked up my laptop, it looked brand new. I hadn’t been the best about keeping it covered, and the ports had collected dust and crumbs over time. I had been meaning to clean it myself, but when I received it back, it was clear the team had taken the extra step to clean and care for it thoroughly. That attention to detail truly stood out to me.

“My 2019 Mac suddenly had major problems. I started at the Apple Store and they diagnosed a bad Ram chip and there was no inventory of the required chip anywhere in the US. Seemed bizarre. I then went to DocMac. They did a much deeper dive and the RAM is fine but they replaced my hard drive which had lost about 60% of its viability. It is now working like new and they have now gained a new client. I shall not be returning to the Apple Store. Thanks DocMac!”
