“The epitome of professional and knowledgeable. My MacBook Air had water damage and a completely black screen. I was informed by various sources that the only option would be to purchase a new computer. At this point, I was beginning to accept my fate. However, before throwing in the towel completely, I decided to bring the laptop to NCS. Here, I was given some hope that the data/files could possibly be saved and the screen replaced, which was my desired outcome. Fortunately within days I have my computer in hand, all files intact, and a screen in working order. “You know that I'm usually a proponent of big-box chain stores because I think they're hooked into a better supply chain and can get things faster and (usually) cheaper. But I've been burned badly of late at Best Buy, and Dyckman Electronics Center has me reconsidering my position. It's a solid #MerlinFIIIIVEEEEEE (elongate the vowels, elevate the pitch) and then some. My jam: I needed to replace a dishwasher and oven right away. (Don't ask: sometimes, somebody just needs a dishwasher and an oven, you know?) Called this place up and got reasonable quotes right away. The stuff was at my place in a couple hours. A lot of indie shops price gouge shamelessly. This place is the opposite. I'd definitely recommend talking to Angela if you're in a jam similar to mine. She'll take care of you and help you out if things go South (which they did for me -- I initially got a 30 inch oven by mistake for a 24 inch slot, and she told me to relax and fixed it!)”

“M&M Wireless saved my iPad! As an art student currently in college I use my iPad for school and the screen was badly damaged after a few falls.
