“I’ve been shopping at KRB for over 20 years. The location has gotten bigger and bigger over the years and they now have more tools, supplies, and hardwood flooring stain, poly and sanding equipment. Prices are very competitive, staff is knowledgeable, and the store is clean and organized. This establishment serves tradesmen, painters, flooring companies, and contractors . If you’re coming to google to write a bad review about KRB, it’s because you’re not a professional and wanted someone to walk around the store and explain everything to you.”

“I like to fix things around the house but I’m not too knowledgeable about the lingo and equipment. Dan and Danny and Marco are extremely helpful in locating items in their store. They also are great about giving advice about what kind of stuff you need for small home improvement projects. When my basement flooded during Ida, these guys hooked me up with a submersible pump. If some weird thing breaks around the house (like a house fan belt) these guys will get you a new one. I’m a huge “fan” of this store!”
“I went to this location and was very confused about a project I had to complete. Two different employees helped me find the items I needed, explained how to find videos on line and took time to explain what to do. The workers definitely make or break the atmosphere in a store and I was grateful.”
“I remodeled my house a few years ago and had to decide whether to use the big chain across the street... Or Beckerle lumber who have been there for decades. As price was an issue I did my research. When all was said and done Beckerle was iby far the wiser choice. The Big chain across the street was completely useless. Nobody knew what they were doing and nobody even wanted to help me. The guys at berckerle we're amazing, professional, and so helpful they probably saved me thousands of dollars with their knowledge. They saved me from making countless mistakes and we're always there for advice when I needed it. They went above and beyond to make sure my project was completed on time and on budget. If you're doing work, do not waste your time going for discount products and service. Go to the professionals. Trust me they are the best. I will never go any where else.”

“We came in looking for replacement wheels for a walker. Loni helped us almost immediately. Not only did he help us find the correct size wheels, but he also offered to replace the old ones, which were being held together with duct tape. He even found Elmieda a chair so she could sit comfortably while he worked.
When he realized the new wheels required different bolts and lugs, he tracked those down too and made sure everything fit properly. What could have easily turned into an all-day ordeal for Miss Elmieda ended up being simple and seamless.
I’m grateful our paths crossed today—and that Loni was the right person for the job. Thanks to him, Elmieda now has her wheels back and with them, her freedom.”

“Harbor freight in my go to location for tolls restoration supplies etc. the staff always goes out of their way to help, the store is well kept and very organized. They even have a bathroom that works. Aample parking. For the average hobbyist/ shade tree mechanic their tools are more than adequate for normal use which at the end of the day is going to save you a lot of money. The store is in my neighborhood and they see me at least once a week.”

“I had a great experience with Kenneth B, the Pro Account Sales Associate at the Yonkers Home Depot. He took the time to clearly explain the features of the refrigerator and carefully went over the dimensions to make sure it would fit properly in my home. Even though I was in a rush because I was on my lunch hour, Kenneth never made me feel hurried. He truly went above and beyond to help me and made the whole process easy and stress-free. His patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend working with him if you’re shopping at this location. I really wish I was able to finish my order at the store, but there was an issue with the computer not showing the product correctly. Therefore I had to leave and complete my order on my phone, but I was able to select the fridge that I needed because of his input.”

“I entered the store on Friday May 17, 2024 looking for a shaker door that the website said was in stock. There was a total of 3 in stock as per the website. I checked in the aisles and on top for the sku number but I didn’t find what I was looking for.
Brendon (or Brandon.. I forget) came up to me and asked if I needed help. I showed him what I was looking for and he scanned it. He had located the door in another aisle all the way on top. He didn’t hesitate at all to help me and he even shut down the aisle to grab me the last door they had. Thanks to this kind young man who went above and beyond to make sure I received the door.
The customer service in this store is excellent !! Some of the other locations should take notes (lol).”
