However, some staff need to be retrained on processes like providing email receipts automatically. There is also a noted concern that staff should check military IDs properly to prevent misuse of the discount. Overall, visits can be good with terrific help for customer requests.
Clean store, helpful staff, and they usually have everything I need for landscaping jobs in stock. The pickup process is quick, the garden center is well organized, and it’s easy to get in and out without wasting time. Definitely one of the better Lowe’s locations around.

Bought a washing machine at Lowes. I spoke with Kay over the phone and she answered my questions. Then I went to the store for the purchase and again Kay was a great help! delivery was easy also
