“KBS did my kitchen and a half bath in Fall 2019. I wrote a good review at the time which was accurate. I updated the review in December 2021 because a problem I was having with the cabinet door was going unaddressed. The cabinet manufacturer, UltraCraft, took no responsibility for their product. However, KBS finally (after hocking them) replaced my door after almost a year of going back and forth. Bottom line for me is that KBS did a great design job (thank you Marianna), provided me with good communication during the project (thank you Denise) and did a perfect installation. On time and pretty much on budget. I stand by my initial good review in spite of the cabinet issue that I had. KBS resolved it. They get points for that. It will be worth your time to check out KBS if you're planning a renovation.”

More importantly, their staff is more than happy to help homeowners, like myself find exactly what you might need. Nico helped me find the linkage so that my 35 year old tub’s drain will once again work properly! While I was there as a homeowner at 7:30 in the morning, everyone else entering their store were plumbers and contractors! If you like to do your own hone repairs on your plumbing or if you want to save some money and buy what your plumber might need for a repair, check out this great store!”

“I ordered several base cabinets from Stock Cabinet Express to make an island in my kitchen. The quality of the cabinets exceeded my expectations. They are beautiful, high quality cabinets. Far better than the stock cabinets offered at the local big box stores. The drawers are made very well and the door and drawer hardware is also great quality comparable to what is find on high end cabinets. Communication with the company was great. I had a damaged piece and they replaced promptly. In would not hesitate to order from this company again.”

No question/issue is too small or big for these two...their expert advice, experience with products, and direct access to suppliers is beyond anything else I have experienced in the home renovation/supplier space. Will absolutely be recommending to friends and family, and will return for future needs!”

“First time I came here, it smelled like pee and they didn't have lots of stuff, but today I went in there and they changed a lot! They gave better stuff and thry improved the store. Only thing I feel bad is that people try to steal in there and I saw the police arresting them. We can't have nice things ?
I was so happy with the cooking section and they have new face stuff, the prices went up, but that is not a bad thing because you're getting better products and it helps to improve the store. I'll travail the journey to come back here, since the dollar tree near me closed (again, so much stealing, it's sad)”
“I’m leaving this review because I feel that the average review is too low on this place. We’ve visited Best a number of times and they provided materials for a major bathroom renovation. The staff was very helpful and we returned our unused fixtures for a refund, minus a reasonable restocking fee. We even returned a towel rack a year later because we had forgotten about it, with no problem. You may need to wait for assistance if you arrive with no appointment, but they have a list so you can get assistance in order of your arrival. Their selection is really nice and helps you decide what you want for your project. I highly recommend Best.”
