“I was recently looking for a very specific item and after trying several other Home Goods stores, I decided to call the Scarsdale store to see if they had the item in stock before driving over. I was placed on a brief hold and then my call was picked up by Valerie. She could not have been more helpful. She was very polite and placed me on hold while she went to check for the item. Very pleasant and provided a great customer experience.”

“I’m leaving this review because I feel that the average review is too low on this place. We’ve visited Best a number of times and they provided materials for a major bathroom renovation. The staff was very helpful and we returned our unused fixtures for a refund, minus a reasonable restocking fee. We even returned a towel rack a year later because we had forgotten about it, with no problem. You may need to wait for assistance if you arrive with no appointment, but they have a list so you can get assistance in order of your arrival. Their selection is really nice and helps you decide what you want for your project. I highly recommend Best.”
