“I had the BEST experience with this laundromat. As things can go, I left my laundry at the laundromat for almost 6 months. I was convinced my stuff was long gone. I called up, expecting the worse. Instead, Ernie, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Within a day, he sent pictures of the items left - all for my kids camp packing, including 4 soft trunks! I was able to pick everything up wrapped in plastic, and all ready for camp packing! I’m so appreciative. Thank you Ernie!”

“This place is the best if you ever need to print a simple copy of your work resume you can you just have to send them an email and you tell them how much you want to print and they will do it but you have to pay but of course you have to go in person in order to do it also it's not expensive to print a paper”

They even had a laundry bag replacement policy, which about a month ago was still a thing, but when I try to get a replacement for my ripped clean rite bag, it is conveniently canceled. . . . . Other than that, I find the establishment great! Just don't buy the bags. You can get them cheaper elsewhere. The staff are nice and place is always clean.”

“The staff and owner at Evergreen Cleaners are amazing! I had an emergency when I couldn’t pick up my clothes on Saturday as scheduled, and of course, I had a wedding to attend on Sunday — but the store was closed. My wife started calling any number she could find, and miraculously, we reached an employee who was incredibly kind and understanding. Within minutes, he called us back and told us the owner would meet us at the store in 10–15 minutes.
On a Sunday, the owner himself came out to help us — that’s true customer service! I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend Evergreen Cleaners!

I only wish they would be a little more forthcoming when I first went to tell me about the minimum that I paid several dollars for empty weight and one time when I brought my teenager stuff in a separate bag and ask them separate they didn’t tell me. There was an additional five dollar charge or I just would’ve had to separate orders because my child was with me at the time those little things bother me otherwise great place”

The place is small but it’s in a suburb area which means not a lot of people will go depending on the time. I came on a Friday around 5:35pm and it wasn’t packed lots of available machine. There was free parking in the back as well, I will definitely be back.”
