“I had the BEST experience with this laundromat. As things can go, I left my laundry at the laundromat for almost 6 months. I was convinced my stuff was long gone. I called up, expecting the worse. Instead, Ernie, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Within a day, he sent pictures of the items left - all for my kids camp packing, including 4 soft trunks! I was able to pick everything up wrapped in plastic, and all ready for camp packing! I’m so appreciative. Thank you Ernie!”

“Discovered this spot not too long ago. It's great! Super spacious, all sorts of different size machines for all needs. James was great in helping me out as it was my second time at this spot. CONS: Don't bring any quarters to change for bills for the card to use on machines and there's a limit as to how much you can put on the card at a time.”

“I have been a customer at Embassy Cleaners for many years, and I have always been pleased with the service there. I recently brought in an old, vintage braided rag rug for cleaning and repair. I corresponded with Paquita who brought insight and skill to the plan for the rug’s repair. The rug was cleaned beautifully, and hat’s off to their tailor - the repair was skillfully done. Do not hesitate to bring your items to Embassy Cleaners!!!”

However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received today. I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel, who was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. He even went above and beyond by assisting me with my bags both into and out of the store and to my car. The location was clean, welcoming, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Thank you, Daniel, for providing such a positive experience!”

“For the most part, this place is great to do laundry. They even had a laundry bag replacement policy, which about a month ago was still a thing, but when I try to get a replacement for my ripped clean rite bag, it is conveniently canceled. . . . . Other than that, I find the establishment great! Just don't buy the bags. You can get them cheaper elsewhere. The staff are nice and place is always clean.”
