Gus paint pro extraordinaire Immediately greeted me upon arrival and walked me thru everything I needed to make a 1 bedroom paint over simple. True gentleman even walked my 5 gallon to my car. This is the place to come if you need real paint. Not Home Depot or Lowe’s . Get real paint not water down garbage .”
“Never in my life would I think I’d leave a hardware review but here I am! My husband needed a brass cleaner on a Saturday afternoon around the time most hardware stores are closed. We found this one was still opened and called to make sure it actually was since we had just tried going over to another one that was supposed to be open according to Google and it wasn’t. To avoid another pointless trip I called this one before we headed there and a lovely gentleman by the name of Jose answered and literally gave us the best customer service experience that is hard to come by these days! He said they had the cleaner in stock and asked if we’d like for him to have it ready for us at the counter which we happily agreed to. He called us back a minute later to let us know that it was actually out of stock and that to please excuse him. Like, what?! So nice of him to do! Thank you Jose!”

“It was right before closing time 5/28/24 and I had gotten a work order from a client (a very high end one at that) and needed a specific paint for a job early the next morning on Thursday. I called to see if they had what I needed and they did, I rushed over and the salesperson (forgot his name ??♂️) greeted me, quickly but patiently helped me and resolved an issue I was having on exactly which paint match I needed. “I have been shopping at KRB for years at this location, and the prior location. It is a local family business and It pretty much has all of the things you could have purchased at Brewers before they shut down.
I fully understand why all the contractors love this place - it has most of what you need, the prices beat the big box stores, you can get in and out quickly and the store is very well organized.
If you are doing any kind of repair to your home, they likely have what you need. For any kind of painting project, they pretty much have everything you would find in a paint store, but cheaper They also have every cleaning supply you can imagine, including the commercial stuff.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful with advice when I need it.”
