“Never in my life would I think I’d leave a hardware review but here I am! My husband needed a brass cleaner on a Saturday afternoon around the time most hardware stores are closed. We found this one was still opened and called to make sure it actually was since we had just tried going over to another one that was supposed to be open according to Google and it wasn’t. To avoid another pointless trip I called this one before we headed there and a lovely gentleman by the name of Jose answered and literally gave us the best customer service experience that is hard to come by these days! He said they had the cleaner in stock and asked if we’d like for him to have it ready for us at the counter which we happily agreed to. He called us back a minute later to let us know that it was actually out of stock and that to please excuse him. Like, what?! So nice of him to do! Thank you Jose!”
“Since moving to Colonial Heights, this has been my go to hardware store. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is very hard to find in today's world. They offer real solutions and options to problems and support their customers by walking them through the process of repair. Their prices are also great value. I hope this helps someone like this business has helped me and my family.”

“It was right before closing time 5/28/24 and I had gotten a work order from a client (a very high end one at that) and needed a specific paint for a job early the next morning on Thursday. I called to see if they had what I needed and they did, I rushed over and the salesperson (forgot his name ??♂️) greeted me, quickly but patiently helped me and resolved an issue I was having on exactly which paint match I needed. Just a satisfying experience to be able to deal with a business that cares and is prepared to help. Highly recommended and the quality of product and service is very high! Glory to God through Jesus Christ the Lord ?!”
