Jim was patient and kind as he guided me through finding the size of my tires so that he could order the new ones in advance and have them ready at the time of of my appointment. I got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment in a few short hours. Jim communicated with me via text when one issue came up. “My tire caught a flat and I was looking for the nearest tire shop, and stopping at Mavis was the best decision I made. As soon as I drove in I was immediately greeted by the workers Alex Angelo George and Ahmad. The gave me the best customer service, I was helped by all 4 of them. They put put air in my donut and patched my tire up in less than half an hour of me being there. They saw I was in a rush and got me out of there quickly. I'm not from Mount Vernon but I would definitely go back there for their business and professionalism! They treated me like family! Any car issues they got you! “I'd rather choose here than pep boys or other big chain spots that are going to try and empty your wallet by not being up front with you. The prices of their tires are competitive but the service and availability are of no comparison. Other than myself, they took care of customers tire issues left and right. They explained the details of what the cost of everything was in their invoice without trying to surprise me with an inflated invoice where labor costs were left out like that big chain places. The husband and wife who run this have found a customer for life. The wife handles the front with great customer service and looks out for her customers. I only needed 2 tires instead of being forced to buy a whole set. I could've bought used of I wanted but didn't. I'm pretty sure I'll return for the other 2. “I took my vehicle here to recharge my air condition on my 2012 Town & Country because of the positive reviews. Every year around beginning of the summer I had to recharge my AC because it was not cooling. After the recharge at Bronx Auto Repair Corp my AC is so cold to the point I have to turn it off. They told me that they did not see any leaks and that the place that I was going to recharge my ac was doing it incorrectly.”

“I'm always hitting a curb here and there (gotta work on that lol). This time I hit one pretty hard in the mall parking lot and noticed a tear in my new tire. Knowing I have to drive a lot this weekend and next week I got concerned about whether the tire is damaged and could blow out. I drove over as a walk in first thing when they opened. It is a Saturday and I didn't expect to be taken care of as quickly as I was but within less than an hour I got a phone call saying that my tires were okay and that my car is ready for pick up. There was also no charge for this tire check. I appreciate the immediate and fast service along with it being free of charge. Now I can drive with one less stressor and worry on my head.
