“I got a chip in my windshield from something that flew off a semi. Of course I called West Herr Glass because I want the EXACT same glass that came with my Subaru when I first bought it. I learned a number of years ago when I had damage to my VW Bug windshield and took the recommendation from my insurance company...that not all windshield glass is the same. I used to listen to a Toronto radio station and with the VW glass repair, I couldn't get it any longer. So, I don't fool around. I go to the source and get the same glass as was damaged. And I was not out of pocket any money. The best glass! Great service! Wonderful staff! What's to think about??!”

Promptly at my arrival, the greeter came to see who I was and then guided me to Matt Brown who answered questions and went over what the mechanic was going to do.. After my car s servicing was completed, Matt came out to talk over the mechanics findings. It s such a pleasure to deal with a company whose employees put the customers first.
It s easy to see why West Herr has become so successful.

“Made appt for traction control issue 6 wks after purchase. Took a long time to get the parts. Service dept was friendly, but I had to call twice to keep informed. I had to return after pick up because of noise coming from the blower motor that was not there when I dropped it off. Cabin filter was not installed correctly.”

“Tucker has been super helpful with getting tires for our car as well as several of our friends! Great deals, quick turnaround time to get the inventory and service all of our vehicles. Brought car in for oil change too and he made sure I had my inspection updated, fluids topped and other recommendations for the vehicles. Comfortable taking our vehicles there and don’t feel heckled to get things that are not necessary add ons which is much appreciated! Will continue to come there because we trust them and don’t feel take advantage of, but more valued! “I only take my truck to the body shop to have it worked on. If it’s body work~body shop. If it’s mechanical work~body shop. Cody paints the cars better than they come from the factory. The other thing I like is that they always use never seize on every bolt they remove. Cody never uses an impact to tighten fasteners, everything is done by hand and torqued to factory specifications. I wouldn’t consider letting anyone else in the area do service work to my beloved Tacoma”

“I went to Bryant at Buck Motors off and on in the late 90s and early 2000s (I moved away a back a few times). He was always friendly and fair. He didn't rip me off as a woman. Someone just posted in a FB group how their mechanic has a sign joking they charge more if you watch. It reminded me of how Bryant used to let me watch if I promised to stand back far enough not to be a liability. I live in Idaho now so obviously I go somewhere else. Hi Bryant from Tommy's daughter that had the Ford Escorts and Honda Civic.”
