“I honestly give this place five stars. I have zero complaints about this company. The local Liverpool NY office staff were exceptional towards me. I got upset about something not going my way and I wanted to end my policy over it,which by the way I would like to make a PSA apoligizing to the guys in the office that I am absolutely wrong for my reaction to a plan that could have fit my needs best at that time. That was not OK on my behalf. I have never Paid money for auto or renters insurance to an agency that cared about my personal well-being Like NYCM. I was grateful to come across an agency that was hassle free for an entire 12 months. I appreciate everything,Thank you all for being who you are.”
