By far worst insurance company I have EVER dealt with. I got into an accident and it took them two and a half months for them to resolve the claim. They do not move in a reasonable speed and it made no sense for them to take that long.

When we had water damage in our basement, NYCM was prompt in handling our claim with no hassle. Greg the adjuster was great and we had our claim paid out very quickly. Happy to have them as our home and auto insurer.
