“I only have one problem with is bank when you go to withdraw money they give you the third degree. Before you can get your money the teller calls the bank manager she asks why do you want the money for. To me that's personal she gives the teller the ok to do so.”

“I was referred by a family member and recently started the process of applying for an auto loan. Anna was fantastic! She was super nice, helpful, and made everything easy to understand. She was great to work with and made the process much less stressful. Highly recommend!”

“I really enjoyed Tina Murphy’s kindness and eagerness to help me and how patient she was with every question I had. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with at this bank has always been kind but Tina truly goes above and beyond, so personable and caring.”

“I generally avoid banks in general. Credit Unions are better in my opinion. But Wayne Bank, I believe, is the only one in Wurtsboro and the surrounding area that allows you to open a checking account with no fees attached. Usually banks will charge a monthly fee just for having an account. The savings account is not free here. You would need to have at least $200 in the account to avoid a monthly fee. The debit card for the checking account does have an annual fee of $12. That's the only downside but it'll do for now. Wayne Bank is quiet too. The service so far is great. In and out. No problems thus far. Sometimes you just a need a bank close to you in case you need cash and this one worked out for me.”

“I wanted to give 5 stars but the only reason I can't is because many times I've went there to use the ATM and it was out of order. Most times it's not a big deal but theres been a few times I needed to put cash into my checking account and couldn't do it so I would have to go to woodbourn. The other thing is the hours. Two times a week is not enough days to be open...As far as all the employees there they are all absolutly first class. They are friendly and very helpful. I've always put alot of stock into using businesses with friendly and helpful employees..Obviously they are also the same people that work at woodbourn so that makes it alittle easier if I have to go up there to my business..”
