“Brian was great and so was the Staff at East Aurora however the scheduling of the appointment was frustrating. Called to schedule appt and you get transferred to a central number. My husband called and told them it was for a 2020 Buick. Parts had to be ordered and it was for a claim. Gave them the claim number and was told it would be a week for parts to come. No problem. When we were called to confirm the appt they said the parts were in for the 2015 Buick. Called to parts directly to find out what was going on. Told them it was for a 2020 not 2015 Buick. Was told the part we needed was in stock when we called. I think a few questions need to be asked when scheduling spots especially when they were told it was for a 2030 Buick ?”

“We recently just purchased a new vehicle from West Herr. We originally reached out in search of possibly switching from a Rav 4 to an Equinox and met Joe Saltenburger. He gave us multiple options and spent days trying to find the right fit for us. After multiple options, we decided to stick with a new Rav 4. At this point many salesman would cut their losses and love on to the next customer, but that's not where Joe stopped. He reached out to West Herr Toyota and introduced us to George where the two of them worked hand in hand in trying to bring a new long term customer into the West Herr family. Both of them reached out multiple times and really went above and beyond any salesman we've ever done business with. We ended up purchasing the Rav and George went out of his way driving 45 minutes in a snowstorm to hand deliver the vehicle. “Made appt for traction control issue 6 wks after purchase. Took a long time to get the parts. Service dept was friendly, but I had to call twice to keep informed. I had to return after pick up because of noise coming from the blower motor that was not there when I dropped it off. Cabin filter was not installed correctly.”
“If you’re looking for body work or mechanical work look no further, Licata’s is truly a 1 stop shop. My car was pretty banged up when I brought it in and it literally looked brand new when they were done with it! Communication was great, great service, very friendly and a fair price. “Brian and the team provided excellence service for my '17 Dodge Ram exhaust manifold leak. Brian took on the job despite having to deal with my extended warranty service company. This requires lots of phone calls, patience and wait times to speak with Representatives. The job was taken care of at a fair cost, with very clear transparency of the work that needed to be done and pre-approval. I would highly recommend this shop.”
“I went through CARSTAR for a geico claim/repair and could not be more satisfied. They were extremely communicative and quick. They proposed that they’d have my car 4 days and it was only 3. Also, when I picked it up, it had been completely washed and detailed which was not at all expected! Definitely recommend and will use in the future if needed”

“I am new to the areas and my car began to make multiple different noises. I googled shops near me and found Dadswells! They were able to get my car in quickly, and had my car returned to me the same day! The noises ended up being very minor things - parts needed cleaned and shifted around as they were catching. They took care of it - did not charge me - and I have not heard any of the noises ever since! I was very pleased with the honesty of this shop. Everyone I spoke to explained every step of their process to me, I felt very involved and understood everything they said!”

“I used to go to Cesar’s as a newly postpartum, single mom. Back then, I had a three year old Chevrolet Trax, which continued to have issues and it was very stressful. This is the type of situation that some mechanics will take advantage of. Not Cesar.
Cesar treated me like a daughter, to the extent that I am writing this review, six years later because I still think of his kindness, even though my situation has improved.
Cesar never overcharged me, he talked to me with respect, he was kind, courteous, fair and patient. He knew a little about my situation, and he knew it was very important for me to feel like we were in good hands. When mechanics in the family wouldn’t step up to help us, Cesar filled that void.
I’m not sure why I didn’t think to write this review sooner but I’m deeply grateful to have been able to have this type of experience.
This is the best mechanic in the area. I can confidently say that.
