“Brian was great and so was the Staff at East Aurora however the scheduling of the appointment was frustrating. Called to schedule appt and you get transferred to a central number. My husband called and told them it was for a 2020 Buick. Parts had to be ordered and it was for a claim. Gave them the claim number and was told it would be a week for parts to come. No problem. When we were called to confirm the appt they said the parts were in for the 2015 Buick. Called to parts directly to find out what was going on. Told them it was for a 2020 not 2015 Buick. Was told the part we needed was in stock when we called. I think a few questions need to be asked when scheduling spots especially when they were told it was for a 2030 Buick ?”

I d be remiss if I didn t mention the cleanliness of the the facility, no matter where I've been within it.
Promptly at my arrival, the greeter came to see who I was and then guided me to Matt Brown who answered questions and went over what the mechanic was going to do.. After my car s servicing was completed, Matt came out to talk over the mechanics findings. It s such a pleasure to deal with a company whose employees put the customers first.
It s easy to see why West Herr has become so successful.

“Made appt for traction control issue 6 wks after purchase. Took a long time to get the parts. Service dept was friendly, but I had to call twice to keep informed. I had to return after pick up because of noise coming from the blower motor that was not there when I dropped it off. Cabin filter was not installed correctly.”

“the kling team worked with me and my extended warranty for servicing my vehicle. they coordinated OHM parts, installation labor and dealing with the extended warranty personnel (who wanted to be on site to view the repair). to top it all off they repaired a slow leak in my tire free of charge!”

“Brian and the team provided excellence service for my '17 Dodge Ram exhaust manifold leak. Brian took on the job despite having to deal with my extended warranty service company. This requires lots of phone calls, patience and wait times to speak with Representatives. The job was taken care of at a fair cost, with very clear transparency of the work that needed to be done and pre-approval. I would highly recommend this shop.”
