“Everything was great. Got me in right away, making appointments are extremely hard for me to do because I don’t have a regular work schedule. So I appreciate you getting me in right away.”
“Bob at the Cheektowaga location was great! He fixed our Honda without adding on any unneeded repairs. He made himself accessible by cell phone to answer questions. He dealt with us fairly and honestly and had our car ready as promised.”

“the kling team worked with me and my extended warranty for servicing my vehicle. they coordinated OHM parts, installation labor and dealing with the extended warranty personnel (who wanted to be on site to view the repair). to top it all off they repaired a slow leak in my tire free of charge!”
“Was travelling from Canada to Maryland. Check engine light came on. Googled for a shop nearby and they had 5 star reviews. Drove straight to this shop and met the most courteous and professional people who checked my van immediately. Advised me on the code they got on the reader. Didn’t charge me a penny. They have 5 star reviews for a reason. Excellent service. I wish I was living nearby and would have made this shop as my permanent go to for any mechanical work. 10000% recommended.”
“Matt and Kyle did an amazing job with my car purchase! From test drive to leaving in my new car in 3 hours, the team made it seamless and painless. I would recommend seeing them for your next purchase!”
“Really nice people here i had to get a front bumper replacement & a headlight installed on my commercial work truck and they finished the work by the next business day.”
“I'm very fond of my 87 Civic and it was important to me the work was done well. Georges knocked it out of the park. Very happy with the result- which was done on time and even came in below the very fair estimate. Which George himself was kind enough to do without an appointment.
Do not hesitate to take your cars here they will be treated with respect. nice. The wait list is long because the work speaks for itself 10/10”
“I’ve been bringing my car to this shop for years and I couldn’t recommend them more. They do great work, are honest, trustworthy, and always treat their customers right. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but I know my car is in good hands with them. I’ll continue bringing my vehicle here for years to come!”
“Not many mechanics you can trust anymore but these guys take care of my fleet and I trust them fully with each vehicle they work on. I wouldn't go anywhere else”

“Called Online to transport a car 65 Buick GS from Cocoa Beach Florida to West Seneca just before Christmas I was told that the car could be picked up next week. I did the deal. And like Clockwork the guys from online were there picked up my car and we're on the way back. And YES they beat the bad weather. Online is 5-Stars the best. I felt they were very reasonable, fair, professional & I will definitely use them again & again. They take all the worry out of transport. God Bless Mark Marinaccio”

“Found this place about a year ago on a quick google search when I needed a new muffler for a 2012 Subaru. Every other place I called told me it would be at least 2-3 weeks, but he got me right in.
Charlie and Rosemary are two of the nicest and most honest people you’ll meet. Not only did he charge me a fair price for the muffler, but he diagnosed the full car, letting me know the brakes and control arms would need service relatively soon. Even though he recommended the work, there was no pressure to get it done.
As I was due for my inspection, I brought to Charlie and he throughly performed inspection. Knowing I had work that needed to be done, he and Rosemary treated my car and my budget like it was their own. Found the best prices for parts and didn’t replace things that didn’t need replacing! Left there happy and now have a vehicle that is safe and reliable for the next few years.
Great service and great people!”
