“I have been a GEFCU member since moving to Elma NY for approximately the last 10 years. I chose this banking institution after a 30+ year relationship with one of the largest banks in WNY. I had been notified by my previous bank that after this long history, they were going to begin charging me fees on my accounts, regardless of the fact that all of my finances and assets were handled through this bank. After an in-person meeting with an account representative I was essentially informed "too bad". So I withdrew all of my withholdings and sought another bank with the right fit for me.My search led me to GEFCU. They have absolutely incredible online accessibility enabling me to conduct business online approximately 95% of the time which meets my banking needs. Whenever there's been any type of issue a simple phone call with staff always ready to help, resolved my issues There is a convenient satellite location in East Aurora making in-person banking seamless.Last year I was in the process of a home refinance. Once again after searching for available options I landed with GEFCU's financial partner, Owner's Choice Funding. Amazingly competitive rate, simply application and acceptance process. I had my new mortgage approved and in place in less than 30 days!Finally, I was searching for a longer term invest option with a reasonable rate of return. GEFCU did not offer a comparative rate to some of the other local banks. When I went to withdraw funds to move to another bank, the teller (Michael) went above and beyond. After contacting his manager for authorization, GEFCU came through again. They matched the rate of their competitor, a win-win for both myself and GEFCU. If it weren't for the personal efforts of this employee my assets would have been directed elsewhere.I wouldn't consider any other banking institution based on my 150% positive experience in EVERY aspect at GEFCU. Great services, great rates, and employees who care about their customers each and every day!”

Because she warned my elderly mom she saved her from loosing a large sum of money. “Go to CCS credit union for my car payment. Refinanced a new car loan for an extremely low rate. What I love here (even more then saving money) is how friendly everyone here is. Probably the best costumer service out of any business that I dealt with. Always friendly and helpful. I also like how I can call over the phone and make a payment or bank transaction. Makes dealing with CCS even more convenient. Absolutely recommend here if your looking for a credit union.”

“This has been my bank of choice for about 10 years now. Some of the tellers know me by name, it feels really good to walk into a bank and have a sincere conversation with tellers who know and remember you. Michelle is the best employee and it makes my day to see her. I feel safe keeping my money with them, that they won't nickle and dime me, I have never had to argue with a service rep about an overdraft fee. They have even moved money from my savings to my checking when I was about to overdraft to cover my butt. I am writing this review because they just called me to tell me that they found someone attempting fraud on one of my accounts. That is how much attention they pay to protecting their customers. As long as i live in buffalo, i will bank with BSCU.”
