“I'm a customer of Citizen bank for few years now.I entered the bank 5min before closing and Jason Parker helped me with everything I needed.He stayed with me after hours until we get everything done.I would like for Citizen bank to recognize him as a great customer representative that went above and beyond, ( not only with verbal recognition but with a financial appreciation).I offered to leave a tip but he refused.
