“Super pleased. Store manager Tim assisted us. Super knowledgeable, pleasant, professional. He did not overwhelm us or try to upsell us outside our process range. We ended up taking advantage of the 90 day guarantee and there were no hidden tricks. We had the same delivery team both times. David and Angel were on time, pleasant and efficient even though our house was a bit challenging to get the mattress where it needed to go. Overall we are very pleased with the staff and service.”

“We’ve gone to this particular store several times through the years and find it very reliable. I love that they greet me at the door, make an effort to understand what I’m looking for, and patiently show me every item until I’ve made my decision.
Recently, particularly terrific service was given by Kervin, and by Dave G.
Both were able to guide me to the items I was looking for and offer honest comparisons between various options. This is our go-to store!
Also, of note, it is spacious and easy to navigate if a customer uses any assistive devices (wheelchair, walker), unlike some other local stores that are more tightly packed and have throw rugs in places that can snag.
Overall five star experience whenever we go there!”
