“Love this U-Haul location. Frank installed a 2" hitch receiver on the back of my wife's Mercedes SUV. Did a great job with all the wiring and fitment of the hitch, not an easy task with an 'over-engineered' German car. All good, nice folks.”

“I had great luck with Penske!! I thought I had a reservation at U-haul for a van. Got confirmation via email and everything. When I went to pick it up, I was told it was no longer available. Then why did the system let me reserve it?? (and count on it) On short notice I called around and got Ron at Penske. He didn't have one in house, but called for one out of Mansfield for me. “Good experience with my hitch install. They had to order it for me and when it came in they installed it with electric brake controller. Haven’t tried it out yet but I’m pleased with the experience. Friendly knowledgeable folks in my experience.”
