I just picked up a truck for a one-way trip. Apparently their computer system was down, which was politely explained and handled well. Friendly guy behind the counter, and everything went smoothly. They didn't have the truck I originally wanted, and upgraded me for free (with plenty of warning). Good experience overall.

Love this U-Haul location. Frank installed a 2" hitch receiver on the back of my wife's Mercedes SUV. Did a great job with all the wiring and fitment of the hitch, not an easy task with an 'over-engineered' German car. All good, nice folks.
