Used a small unit with west elmira mini storage. Felt very safe on premises . Sign when you leave on right about hours of information. Very hospitable and helpful on phone when I called office. I'll definitely choose west elmira storage again .

Extremely easy to get into and out of! Fastest move yet. The staff in the office are so helpful it was a true pleasure working with this storage unit vs other units I’ve had with other companies. Clean units, cannot recommend enough!!!!!
