“I'm not as happy with T Mobile as I was prior to COVID and the change to customer service since then but they are still a good company. I'm not talking about the store as much as the main offices. Customer service is normally good in the stores depending on who you are calling. Most of the time, they are very helpful. Other times forget it. Depends on which store. This store in particular is clean, busy, very nice and always busy.”

She went over the device information and handled the transfering data process. She talked to me about device accessories and new plan options to save me money!! The other two associates were accomodating to other patrons during my time with Makayla. 10 out of 10 service NO NOTES!!”
