I have been a customer at the post office on Church Street, in Elmira for many years. They have always given me excellent customer service. Never any issue with mail or packages. The representatives are friendly and professional.
I hope they stay open, in spite of proposed government office closings.

Don't try calling them it's all automated and you will be forever on the phone just trying to get a simple answer or to even talk to a human. What the heck has this world gone to when you can't get a human anymore.
Just go to the post office, who knows you just might get a human or a borg

The workers here are very friendly and seemed to be much happier than most post offices I've visited. They were lighthearted yet professional and courteous. Thanks for making Tax Day just a little less dreadful! =D

Sick and tired of your cariers delivering my mail to everyone in my neighborhood EXCEPT ME and am outraged that they are holding my mail and delivering it four weeks late, scrolling "not here" all over my letters and crossing out my address with blue pen. Who do I sue?

You never attempted a delivery! Liars! I was sitting on my couch, right next to front door and I have a ring security system which shows videos of people coming and going and no one ever came at 7:55am. Just say you didn't want to do your job! I get packages from Amazon daily and ypu never tried. Lazy people. No one ever does a good job these days. I have a torn knee and cannot drive. Terrible service!

Mail never comes on time always late. It's 830pm and the mail still hasn't came yet today! Multiple tes now my packages have been delivered to the address on the other street. I've had to file a claim multiple times with amozon and other sellers because of the delinquency of this post office. Unreal.
