This is highly and extremely unprofessional. I was on hold for 40 min and yes I have a screenshot. My concern is what could be happening that you would need to wait that long. Please anywhere else you can go please go. After this I will be changing my pharmacy this is literally insane.

Went to do photos.I was informed by the manager, who proudly identified as such...that there are only two people working and that I would need to return. When asked what day..she replied she did not know.That's the manager...so then my expectations of anyone else is next to nil.
