“I tried to use the drive up ECM a few hours ago to deposit some checks. Totally unsuccessful. Went around the block and tried again. No joy. Then decided to just cash the checks at the drive up teller. The teller on duty was a complete caring and professional. She diplomatically observed my problem with the machine and offered to complete my deposit instead of cashing my checks. If only the rest of the clerks and tellers I have to deal with had her skills my life would be much less stressful.”
