“I have been banking at the Vestal Branch for 5 years. What a great change for myself and my wife. Everyone at this branch has been professional and very helpful. We had experienced someone charging on my wife's debit card. I called the Vestal Branch and was told I needed to come down and change the account which we did and the issue was resolved in 15 minutes.When ever I have a question I know I can call and get an answer. Great bank with a high service level and great people. I hope to do more in the future with NBT!”

“Service provided by this bank is excellent. At present they allowing customers to enter the lobby areas with mask wearing even though you might be vaccinated. It is difficult to ask questions about vaccinated or not. Anyway I do my most banking via drive up window which has cameras which allows both parties to see . I decided today to capture today's experience on writing this piece and taking some photos. As a note I read an article in paper that this is One of the best bank in NY state with branches all over !! Just a node to give five star rating... great Job by care taking employees of the bank.”
