“Service provided by this bank is excellent. At present they allowing customers to enter the lobby areas with mask wearing even though you might be vaccinated. It is difficult to ask questions about vaccinated or not. Anyway I do my most banking via drive up window which has cameras which allows both parties to see . I decided today to capture today's experience on writing this piece and taking some photos. As a note I read an article in paper that this is One of the best bank in NY state with branches all over !! Just a node to give five star rating... great Job by care taking employees of the bank.”

“Was helping a friend handle some personal business, and Erin's knowledge, energy and customer Service were outstanding! She was caring, listened and if didn't know something would be very candid. If I banked at Visions FCU would render her services in a heartbeat. Thank you Erin Plessinger, and visions.....”

“This morning my husband and I visited the 3121 Vestal Parkway location to redeem US Savings Bonds. We were assisted by Maggie Striley and Wendy Galeano. Both ladies were welcoming, cheerful, patient and knowledgeable through the process of redeeming a whopping 60 bonds. We could not be more pleased with the service we received.”
