“Love this store! Just could use some more size inclusive options for clothes and cheaper prices cuz I always have to save up to go there but what I do get there is worth it though I wish they did better keeping some things in stock cuz a lot of the time I see something online that's supposed to be available in hot topic but when I get there they are sold out”

“Very nice store. Very busy and receptionist was the only one working. It felt a little short staffed. Lots of options for formal dresses and every day cloths. A bit pricey for second hand but good quality too.”

“I had to return an Apple card (long story). I believe Rick (?) Is the manager and if he's not, he should be! He was in the middle of pulling a cart and asked if I needed help. I told him what happened and he dropped everything took care of it. He has also been great to me at the registers as well. Like I said, if he's not the store manager, he should be!”

“Front desk service was good service. But the people on the floor treat you like criminals with their eyes. It's something about you being a type of class for them not to really pay attention to you.Just some people they give a certain look ?.. if you know what I mean ?”

“So happy with the great purchases I got today. I love the great selection of plus size items and can’t wait to wear them. The best part of my shopping experience was being helped by Corry and Sam. They helped me make my selections, stocked the fitting room with my potential selections and exchanged sizes as needed. They were friendly and approachable. I will be back next season! Thank you Korry and Sam.”

“I love this store. It's always tidy, clean, and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Stuff is almost always on sale. 40%, 50%. I love getting jeans there. It's so nice to have a GAP in the area, as other areas like Ithaca and Syracuse no longer have GAP!”

“Shawn was great! Store was well stocked and organized. Although associates on the floor did not greet or offer assistance. That’s kind of a step below what a management team might expect.”

“First time at Sephora and had a great experience, was kindly approached by a shorter girl with green eyes and brunette hair (totally forgot her name, whoops) who was very quick to recommend many products, had great replies to my questions, offered a color match, brought my items to the front when I was deciding on what else I was gonna grab and was available to help whenever, even got me an Ouai sample that I otherwise would have no idea I'm eligible for, signed me up for Kohl's and Sephora rewards, etc. As someone who had no idea how to navigate makeup stores (literally got overwhelmed by walking into the Ulta in the Town Square Mall Plaza), this was a really lovely experience!”

“I always order online so I had never been to the store. However, I had a return and was told I could just bring it in to the store. I was so pleasantly surprised. All the salespeople were so gracious and accommodating. Although they don’t typically carry my size ( I am in the plus category) they were more than happy to order anything I might like. They accepted my return without difficulty andordered a replacement which I already have.I highly recommend this store if you are interested in quality and class. A+++???❤️”
