“I went here because this shop is recommended by local auto mechanics with decades of experience. They are right. The employees here were honest about the different levels of repair that are possible and they were not offended when I chose the cheapest option. And they did a great job.”

“I had an excellent experience with Matthews on the Parkway! I came in with flat tires and was expecting a long, complicated process because of my tire insurance warranty, as I've experienced with other places. This team knew exactly what to do though and had everything handled efficiently. My repairs were completed in just two days. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. A special thank you to Jared, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. It's rare to find a service department that combines efficiency, expertise, and great customer service so well. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future service needs. Five stars for Jared and the entire service team!”

“I’m traveling with my family, and suddenly my car stopped blowing cold air. I stopped at AutoZone, and there was an employee named Dave D. who truly went out of his way to help me. He showed me how to add refrigerant to my car, and now the A/C is working perfectly again. I really appreciate his help and kindness. He deserves so much recognition for going above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Dave!”

“I had J&R do my Katzkin leather seats in my f250, I’m blown away. They turned out amazing! The quality and Customer service is awesome. I’m very very happy and they also went above and beyond and did my center counsel Lid for free since it looked pretty bad and didn’t match the amazing seats they did, needless to say they gained another customer for life. I highly recommend”

“Honestly one of my best experiences at a mechanic. My exhaust rusted towards the front, took a bump too many and separated. A colleague at work mentioned his car had a similar problem (being an older car in ny) and someone had recommended b and d to him. Ive had muffler work done at other shops in the past and I knew it was pretty likely someone could splice a pipe before and after the rusted section. When I finally had some free time I stopped in and explained my issue. I saw how many tickets there were ahead of me and figured I would need to come back a different day, but was told they would try to get it on a lift to check it out. Less than an hour later it was airborne and the tech says yup I can fix this for you, today, and it was cheaper than I expected. I could not be more happy. The shop is a bit unusual in that they dont take appointments and you access the office through the bays, just show up and explain your situation first come first serve. I was not sure how to feel about that, but they know their business and dont waste time. An hour and a half after walking in I was driving off the lot in peace and quiet. A bit unconventional sure but do not hesitate to give these guys your business, just plan accordingly. Oh no wifi and cell service sucks in this area.”

“Great family owned business I've been using over 20 years for hitches. They are really good about returning calls, setting appointments and getting the install.done right. Don't install at any other place and put your precious cargo at risk. Drive down the road pulling what you need with confidence with Croft.”

“Even with having limited knowledge of what I needed to fix my car issue the person working there was polite and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. The service was quick an easy. It's worth it to go here rather than to an automotive chain store”

“I was so sad when I got denied. The finance guy Joe looked at me and told me to let him know if there was anything else he could do for me. He didn’t try to cut me loose after my denial. I felt like I owed him a service to buy there. Such genuine people. Thank you for your help and thank you for giving me the encouragement to ask someone to co sign for me. So now it’s your turn Joe. If I can do anything for you, let me know brother. God bless.”

“First off. I never knew about this place untill about a year ago. Now I dont go anywhere else. Patrick, the guy behind the counter, so extremely helpful and courteous. Yes prices might be a bit higher then online, but if you need to return something or exchange, absolutely no problem. you don't have to go through the hassle of trying to ship something back that you bought off online or pay for shipping etc.. they always carry the best quality parts, and 99% of the time they always have the part I'm looking for. Why go to the big parts store where they just treat you like a customer, auto plus treats you like family! So if you're looking for a new part store, highly recommend this place.”

“My 2002 BMW Z3 has a 2.5l straight 6. The power dropped off at 5,000 rpm. Performance Autosport installed a tuneable Engine Control Modual and a K&N low restriction air filter. My Z3 revs to 6,000 rpm with power still climbing...like a new car. Had the wheels balanced too...smooth on the highway with zero vibration thru 100 mph. Thanks Mr. Butora!”

“a very professional place to get a lot of your needs! I ordered my hose and it was there and ready and waiting for me before I even got there. The only problem that I had was that it was a little bit understaffed so I had to wait about 15 minutes before someone was able to help me after they helped another person.”

“I went to Endwell location last night, I walked in and was greeted with smiles. I knew what I needed just wasn’t sure on the number so a man named Phil helped. I got to the register with my oil and had a situation with something on my end he could tell I was getting upset, he stayed so calm and said take your time! I got that situated went outside and was gonna start putting oil in my car and was overwhelmed with everything he came outside and said you need help? At this point i was frustrated with myself I said yes yet again he was so calm within minutes he helped and everything was okay. THIS is what customer service should be. I can’t thank him enough 🥹”

“There is a certain guy I usually speak to, he knows his cars and trucks. Hes pretty knowledge in vehicles - I been to a couple of other auto places and I have been avoiding them lately due to the fact that there people don't know their stuff. A knowledge car person in a parts store is important witch is a plus caz I'm a typical woman Mechanic that can't always name the part I am looking for but after I explain he is great and 99 percent of the time he dont have a problem getting me the part I need. I usually spend cash there- Easy cash out.”
