“Needed help replacing the seals and bearings for the water pump in my Yamaha Grizzly. I stopped by on Saturday, told them what I needed done, they had the parts ordered and installed by the following Saturday. Just hope I put it all back together correctly... fingers crossed but no leaks yet!”

“Overall, I had a pleasant experience with the shop, and I especially want to recognize Jim, who was kind, helpful, and professional throughout the repair process. He was great to work with and made the experience easy!
Unfortunately, my experience at the very end left a bad impression. When I picked up my car, I noticed visible dirt on the driver’s seat, so I called and was told to bring it back and that they would take care of it. When I returned, the initial attempt to clean it with a cloth actually made the dirt look worse, and the situation became unnecessarily uncomfortable.
What bothered me most, however, was the way one of the employees spoke about me while I was standing right there and then continued discussing me with another employee while I was waiting inside. I could hear comments and laughing about me as a customer. I found this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. A lack of basic courtesy and professionalism like that could easily leave any customer with a very negative impression of a business, especially when they have trusted the shop with their vehicle and spent a significant amount of money on the repair.
Thankfully, another gentleman ultimately took the car into the back and properly cleaned the seat. He was very kind and told me that if five minutes of his time made me happy, it was worth it, which I genuinely appreciated.
The issue was ultimately resolved, and I’m happy with the repair overall. I would give the shop four stars because I hope this employee recognizes that how you speak about customers—especially within earshot of them—is a reflection of the business and of the customer service you provide.”

“I have used Creative Sight and Sound for two home projects over the last 6 months. The first was a Media Room installation, full surround sound, television mount along with whole house, multi-room audio. The results were outstanding. The CS&S team were friendly, efficient, and the finished work was superb. About 5 months after completing the first job I brought them back for a more robust wifi install, along with creating an outdoor television viewing area, and some additional audio work. Again - very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Whether it's something you are building out completely, a dream room, to something more simple, you'll be very happy with the results.”

“I had an excellent experience with Matthews on the Parkway! I came in with flat tires and was expecting a long, complicated process because of my tire insurance warranty, as I've experienced with other places. This team knew exactly what to do though and had everything handled efficiently. My repairs were completed in just two days.
The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. A special thank you to Jared, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.
It's rare to find a service department that combines efficiency, expertise, and great customer service so well. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future service needs.
