“First off. I never knew about this place untill about a year ago. Now I dont go anywhere else. Patrick, the guy behind the counter, so extremely helpful and courteous. Yes prices might be a bit higher then online, but if you need to return something or exchange, absolutely no problem. you don't have to go through the hassle of trying to ship something back that you bought off online or pay for shipping etc.. they always carry the best quality parts, and 99% of the time they always have the part I'm looking for. Why go to the big parts store where they just treat you like a customer, auto plus treats you like family! So if you're looking for a new part store, highly recommend this place.”

We were passing through town overnight and woke up at the hotel to 2 dead batteries in our truck, we called Napa as we use them in VA for our parts and we explained we were at the hotel.standed and needed batteries the gentleman at Napa was kind enough to send someone out to the hotel.to.deliver them to us. What awesome customer service...thank you all so much! We got batteries delivered to us faster than door dash can bring a pizza lol!!”

“Today, I came in and bought a new battery, and when I asked if they would install it for me they were nothing but helpful. Jeff informed me to keep my receipt safe in case I needed to do a return and also stated that because of it being so hot outside to keep the receipt in a cool dark place so that the ink doesn’t disappear. Which is probably not something I would’ve thought of otherwise, it was great of him to remind me. The manager Brad came out to help me with the installation and when he did he discovered that the terminals to my current battery were not tightened properly. Brad then not only checked my battery and found that it was working at 100% but explained to me how and why I was told by another company I’d need a new battery to begin with. Not to mention this was during a blistering 95 degree day. He was so helpful, he could’ve made a sale but instead he treated me with respect and honesty. Brad and the assistant manager Jeff are so kind and I am lucky to have walked into their store instead of another. I may have saved some cash today but will definitely be spending it at their store in the future. Thank you for a great experience!”
